I participated in a special day at the École Ducasse ✨
I came to take part in a competition I organized with the Afuté association, alongside eight chefs and their teams, with talented young people with disabilities.
WHO ARE THEY?
AFUTÉ is an association whose goal is to maximize employment for young people with disabilities.
The rule of the competition is simple: make a risotto and a floating island with good cheer! The day was divided into two parts… half of the chefs were cooking, and the others were part of the jury.
The aim was to highlight the wonderful value of INCLUSION!
