How do I use yacon syrup? Here, I used it to caramelize my pieces of apples and squash. I enhanced my whipped cream by incorporating YACON SYRUP, deliciously replacing white sugar ✨ And I finished off my choux pastries by using YACON SYRUP as a topping.
