We shot a documentary and conducted an interview. I went to the market to taste a local specialty!!! The TOURTOU: it’s like a buckwheat pancake, but with extra fermentation time, and I decided to add Pomerol (cheese, of course) to this breakfast ✨
We took a stroll through the Andros orchard! Over 15 hectares, they are testing agroecological techniques on different types of fruits and sharing their knowledge with partner producers to help them transition to more ecological practices in their orchards 🌱
We had lunch at Chef Oscar Garcia’s restaurant “Cueillette”! A place nestled between Corrèze and Lot, offering an exceptional setting with a view over the Dordogne valley 😍 The fruits and vegetables come directly from the Andros orchard.
